In conjunction with a grant Three Pillars Senior Living Communities received, they will be bringing a four part series that will help you maintain and build your brain health. Did you know that lifestyle changes could delay or prevent up to 40% of dementia?
Second Thursday of each month at 5:30pm:
● September 12: How can a healthy brain prevent or delay the onset of dementia?
● October 10: How can exercise and diet affect brain health?
● November 14: Engagement and learning: Do brain games really
work?
● December 12: How can lowering stress and getting enough
This series is open to Senior Center members. Not a member? Pay a $1 fee per activity or join today for $7.50 city resident/$11.25 non-city resident.
