Braidwood Police Department’s 13th Annual National Night Out

Come join us for an evening of community fun during our 13th Annual National Night Out on Tuesday August 4, 2026. The event will be held from 5:30-7:30pm in the Braidwood Park District’s Old Smokey City Park and will feature loads of things to see and do. Meet your local Police Officers and other first responders, check out all of the emergency vehicles, displays and other exhibitors. There will also be inflatable fun, kids games, face painting, a petting zoo, music and free popcorn, sno cones, cotton candy & lemonade (while supplies last).
National Night Out is a national community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships. Law enforcement agencies all over the country hold NNO activities on the 1st Tuesday in August as a way to build relationships with their communities.
