Dash & Splash Series is a fun and fast-paced run-swim duathlon open to all fitness levels. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or just want to give it a go, this event is a great way to challenge yourself and enjoy the outdoors.
Choose from two course options:
Short Course: 2km run + 200m swim
Long Course: 4km run + 400m swim
You can compete as an individual, or team up with a friend for the duo category. Adults can tackle the long course solo or in pairs, while juniors can pair up for the short course or take on the long course alongside the adults as a duo. Parents and kids are also encouraged to team up and complete the short course together.
Take part in a single event or join the whole series — it's up to you!
