Repair Cafés are free meeting places and they’re all about repairing things (together). You’ll also find enthusiastic volunteers, with repair skills in all kinds of fields.
You can bring your broken items from home. Together with the volunteers, start making repairs in the Repair Café. It’s an ongoing learning process. If you have nothing to repair, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, or some snacks. Or you can lend a hand with someone else’s repair job.
We are looking forward to seeing you all and to repair as many of your broken items as we can. Our wonderful volunteers will be ready to help with both general repairs and sewing.
Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided.
The Brabham Pavilion (on this map, the Brabham Cricket Club) is located on the edge of the Oval, just next door to the school on Lakefield drive. Look for the little yellow Befriend flag and signs pointing you in the right direction.
