What? Glitzed up money prize bench bash in front of a full audience, open for all A/BPU and WPC competitors!
When? 12th of September, during the AWPC World Championships
Where? In the fantastic Pendulum hotel in Manchester
Weigh in: ONLY 24hr weigh in, on 11th of September. 9-11AM and 4-5PM at the Mill room of Pendulum hotel.
This is an amazing opportunity to lift at a premier venue with premier equipment and among premier lifters, coupled with an audience absolutely stacked with enthusiasts!
You will also get the competition discount at the hotel, meaning you can stay, eat, warm up and lift all in same location, getting the most out of your performance without breaking the bank.
All bench bash lifters lift at the night competition starting at 17.00, after the official AWPC World Championship lifters have lifted.
This competition is open to all A/BPU members and all International WPC lifters.
The competition has two classes: Raw and Equipped classes. (Equipped means single ply, multiply or unlimited full shirts)
Winners are determined by Glossbrenner points, including bodyweight, gender, and age coefficients.
The minimum money prizes handed in both equipped and raw divisions are:
3rd place 200£,
2nd place 300£ and
1st place 500£
They might increase, but they will never decrease!
Entries go live on 1st of July and are capped at 70. Get yours in!
