To celebrate World Music Day, we’re opening the doors for a full day of music, discovery, and deeper listening.

Introducing BPM — Beats, Performances & Moments — a series of intimate sessions taking place throughout the day, from live acoustic performances and artist-led listening experiences to DJ sets and vinyl selections.

Guests can choose to attend individual sessions or spend the day moving between sounds, stories, and artists across the venue.

Featuring Tom Diva, Tanya George, curated DJ sets, RecordRoom listening sessions, and a special Sabi Vinyl Finale to close the day.

Sabi Sounds Hawthorn is Melbourne’s first vinyl listening café and record lounge with private listening booths — a Tokyo–Seoul–inspired day-to-night space built around music, moods, and moments. From coffee by Ona and specialty matcha to fresh bakes, vinyl store and an audiophile Hifi system, Sabi is a place to slow down and tune in. Our community programs — from Run Club Sundays and Creative Mornings to intimate Vinyl Listening Parties — bring the community together through conversation and connection.
