Weekly supportive peer groups to explore evidence-based self-help concepts, build healthy routines and encourage accountability.
Each group combines guided peer discussions with structured educational activities and optional independent practice. Facilitated by the creator of BPD Beautiful, Sarah Rose, who’s been in remission since 2021.

A structured 36-session peer support group focused on exploring and practicing evidence-based self-help concepts through education, discussion and optional independent practice.
Who Can Join?
Adults over 18 years of age who identify with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
