Join a private tour of the Boynton Beach Multifamily urban EB-5 project. On this tour, you will meet members of the Kolter team and EB5AN, and you will view several model homes and community amenities.
In a single afternoon, you’ll be able to get answers to all of your questions about Boynton Beach Multifamily from the project developer, the EB-5 regional center sponsor, and an immigration attorney. Register today to take advantage of this rare opportunity.
During this visit, you will learn why the Boynton Beach Multifamily urban EB-5 project is one of the most compelling urban EB-5 projects available today.
The Boynton Beach urban EB-5 project:
- How long will funds remain invested?
- How are my investment funds secured?
- What is the level of investment risk?
- How many jobs have already been created?
- How many homes have already been sold?
- Is the senior bank loan in place?
- Is the project already profitable?
- What types of customers are buying homes?
The EB-5 immigration process:
- How much money do I need to invest?

- How soon can I move to the United States?
- What are the risks?
- What is exemplar approval and why is it important?
- What if I am already residing in the U.S. on a nonimmigrant visa such as F-1, H-1B, or L-1?
