Celebrate National Health Center Week (NHCW) with CHDC's Annual Backpack Giveaway! We're giving away 120 FREE backpacks filled with essential school supplies for children ages 5–12 (kindergarten through pre-teen) who need a backpack to start the new school year.
Join us for Trellis 4 Tomorrow hydroponic demonstrations, face painting, and healthy nutrition information by CHDC clinical staff.
