Tijdens onze vreedzame acties bij Vion in Boxtel krijgen we tijd en ruimte om de varkens die naar de slacht gaan van dichtbij te ontmoeten. We mogen bij de wagens komen, zodat we de dieren aandacht en water kunnen geven. Ook kunnen we ze filmen en fotograferen om ze zodoende een gezicht te geven en hun verhaal te delen.
Om dit in goede banen te leiden hebben we duidelijke afspraken met het slachthuis gemaakt:
– We filmen/fotograferen alleen dieren en activisten, nooit personeel van Vion, chauffeurs, nummerplaten óf bedrijfsnamen. Heb je per abuis toch een werknemer op beeld staan, verwijder deze dan en publiceer de beelden niet.
– Op het terrein van Vion geldt een identificatieplicht voor alle bezoekers. Neem dus een geldig legitimatiebewijs mee.
– Varkens kunnen bijten! Houd dus je handen bij hun mond vandaan.
– Wij geven de varkens alleen het water dat Vion verstrekt. Het is niet toegestaan om zelf meegebracht water (of voedsel) aan de dieren te geven.
– Parkeren alleen in de straat, niet op het terrein van Vion. Als je de toegangspoort voorbij rijdt zie je aan de rechterkant parkeerhavens.
– Roken, eten en drinken is op het gehele terrein niet toegestaan, hiervoor moet je je buiten de poort begeven.
– Huisdieren en kleine kinderen zijn niet toegestaan. Laat ter plaatse ook geen huisdieren achter in je auto.

Volg te allen tijde de aanwijzingen van de organisator(en) op.
Iedereen is welkom om deze actie bij te wonen, zolang aan bovengenoemde afspraken en gedragsregels wordt gehouden. Neem dus gerust een familielid, collega, vriend of vriendin mee!

During our peaceful events at Vion in Boxtel, we are given time and space to bear witness to the pigs enroute to slaughter. We are allowed to approach the trucks and give the animals water and/or attention. We can film and photograph them in order tell their story.
We've made the following agreements with the slaughterhouse:
– We only film/photograph animals and activists, never Vion staff, drivers, numberplates or company names. If you accidentally have an employee in your shot, please delete and do not publish it.
– An identification requirement applies to all visitors on the Vion site. So bring a valid ID with you.
– Pigs can bite! Please keep your hands away from their mouths.
– We only give the pigs the water that Vion provides. It's not allowed to give them water you bring yourself nor any food.
– Parking only in the street, not on the Vion property. Just past the entrance gate you will find parking lots on the right.
– Smoking, eating and drinking is not allowed on the entire site, please step outside the gate for this.
- Pets and small children are not allowed. Please don't leave your pet in your car at the location.
– Read our rules of conduct beforehand. We ask you to comply with these when you participate in our events:
