Each session combines boxing drills, strength training, and mindset coaching to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of your body and your power.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Zahir “King” Raheem grew up in the tough streets of inner Philadelphia, where boxing became his path out of adversity. Surrounded by violence and addiction, he found strength and purpose in the ring, turning obstacles into fuel for personal transformation. As he puts it, “Training was never just about winning—it was about conquering the circumstances that tried to define me.”
Raheem’s boxing career took off with the U.S. Olympic Team, where he achieved a 98% win rate as an amateur. Known for his sharp technique and relentless drive, he rose to become a respected champion, turning hardship into triumph both inside and outside the ring.
