Burn off the Christmas turkey and mince pies with a cold water dip in support of a wonderful charity, Manchester Mind.

We will also host a breathwork session with our resident Wim Hof instructor, Jane McCormick who will teach you how to harness your breath to bring a calm positivity to your mind and oxygenate the cells of your body.
A hearty lunch will also be served to warm you up after your dip so grab a friend and join us in making this the most memorable Boxing Day yet
