Boxing & Brews: Ohio Brewing Co. hosts J.A.B.

🥊 Open to all fitness & skill levels! This will be a low-impact workout, consisting of basic punch combos and simple strength & cardio exercises!

🎟️ Your event ticket includes the workout and (1) Ohio Brewing Co. beer pint! For attendees under 21, (1) complimentary, non-alcoholic beverage.

🚫💵 All sales are final. If the instructor determines the class needs to be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, the attendees will be fully refunded.

📋 Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign a waiver and situate your belongings.

💧 Items needed: Yourself! (Bottled water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own water bottle if you'd prefer)
