REGISTRATION from 6.15pm (for pre workout drinks)
Sessions will start at 6.30pm sharp.
$12 per person / per session
Includes your awesome workout, complimentary pre workout drink and recovery shake.
PREPAID SESSION CARD AVAILABLE:
- $100 for 10 sessions ($10 per session)
- $55 for 5 sessions ($11 per session)
- Expires 12 months from purchase date. - Valid for named cardholder only

WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle, towel and exercise mat, boxing gloves & focus mitts.
If you do not have your own gloves and mitts, we encourage you to come along and join in the session, either AIR BOXING or, bring you own hand weights to AIR BOX with weights. Come and get a feel for the class and if you are keen to get involved with the gloves and mitts, then purchase your own to bring to future sessions.
You can usually pick up a good combo for around $50 (gloves and focus mitts) from Jim Kidd Sports, Big W, Kmart, etc.
(Please note: for hygiene purposes, we do not have any equipment to borrow)
SESSION:
Hang about afterwards to socialise and catch up with friends :-)
If you arrive late, you are still able to join in the session, however please make sure you sign the register and pay before doing any exercise. Also please note that pre workout drinks will be packed away on session start time. If you arrive after start time it will not be available. Also note that recovery smoothies will only be served at the end of session, please do not request them earlier.
Children are welcome to come along, but remain the responsibility of the parent at all times.
All Fit Club members receive a metabolism test which is ideal to use as a measure to track your progress. BEST TO DO IT AT YOUR FIRST SESSION IF POSS ... so you can get a good measure of your results from the start. Please contact your coach to schedule.
