Either way, come join us this Friday at 6:00am at the Grounded kiosk to experience all of the benefits of a cold dip in the ocean on sunrise ? ?? you will feel invigorated & empowered to say the least! Everyone welcome!! Then it’s back to the cafe for hot half price coffee for dippers and chats. The weather will depend on if we go straight across the road or down to Hillarys. ?
