The last session in a 4 part series of meditation for wellness. Soundbaths have been used to help the body balance and quiet the mind. Partnered with the waves of Lake Erie, we will be guided into a deep state of relaxation.
This sound journey will include drums, chimes, crystal singing bowls and more.
Bring a mat or towel to sit on and a pillow for comfort.
