Join me for an hour long sound bath along Lake Erie.
Drift into a calm state as you are led through a meditative sound journey.
Sacred tools such as chimes, drums, crystal singing bowls, gong, and more bring the body into deep relaxation.
Located at Walnut Beach at 6:30pm.
We normally gather near the volleyball nets.
Bring a towl and pillow for comfort.
