Bowling Basics + More is an 8-week instructional program designed for youth and adults who want to learn the fundamentals in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
Led by USBC Silver Certified Coach Roger Petrin, participants will learn:
✔ Proper approach & release technique
✔ How to choose the right ball
✔ Basic lane play & spare shooting
✔ Bowling etiquette & scoring
✔ Simple mental strategies to stay focused
