Please join us for a benefit fundraiser on Saturday, January 11th, 2025, at Midway Lanes and “Bowl Your Heart Out for Wren”. Bowling will begin at 1:00 p.m. and continue throughout the day. There will be several raffle drawings, and our live auction will begin at 6:00 p.m. Not a bowler? No problem! Join us for

Todd and Jasmine Tibbits are longtime residents of Mineral Point. They have a two-year-old son, Paxton, and welcomed their second child, a sweet baby girl, Wren, on May 24th, 2024.
Wren was born with a rare congenital heart defect (CHD) called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). To put it in layman's terms, HLHS happens when the left side of the heart is underdeveloped or does not develop the structures on the left side of the heart properly. It is very complex to treat as it looks
differently for each patient. Children with HLHS typically require three open heart procedures, multiple cardiac medications, multiple cardiology appointments and sometimes even a heart transplant to thrive and have a “healthy and normal life”.
Although small, Wren has proven time and time again how strong and resilient she is. At only 4 months of age, Wren has already endured two heart surgeries and several specialty treatments as this defect has affected nearly every organ in her precious body. Wren’s doctors and nurses are working diligently to help her gain strength as they prepare her for her third heart surgery in late November or early December. Wren has defied the odds repeatedly, but still has a long road ahead of her.
