Bowl of Chalk / Up Against Time - Walk 9

Walk 9 in the ‘Up Against Time Appeal', raising money for London’s Air Ambulance charity to replace their two helicopters begins outside St Paul’s underground station. We’re not going far on this walk but there’s lots to talk about. We’ll explore around St Paul’s cathedral and discuss the cathedral itself over the last 1,400 years. The Great Fire of 1666 and World war II bombing. We’ll pass by the only house Shakespeare bought in London before heading through what was once a medieval monastery to finish by Blackfriars Station.
