Bowl of Chalk / Up Against Time - Walk 10

Walk 10 in the ‘Up Against Time Appeal', raising money for London’s Air Ambulance charity to replace their two helicopters. We’ll head over Blackfriars Bridge to Bankside, once known as the ‘City of Sin’ and in the 16th century, home to theatres, brothels, bear baiting pits and of course the Globe Theatre, now famous for William Shakespeare. We’ll pass by the Tate Modern, Millennium Bridge, Shakespeare’s Globe, the site of the original Globe Theatre, the notorious medieval Clink Pr*son and finish at the Golden Hind, a replica of an Elizabethan Galleon.
