We offer a detailed and comprehensive course with emphasis on both theoretical and practical components to ensure that students develop knowledge and confidence in performing the method.
You don’t need previous body work experience.
Key aspects include
• The use of anatomical charts to explain the structures used for each move.
• Power Point presentation to guide students through every move with visual clarity.
• Practical demonstration – hands on practice which is the key to learn the correct moves under supervision.
• Take away materials – students will receive
o An illustrated manual that includes step-by-step instructions for every move.
o A link to a video that provides a visual guide to all moves covered in the course.
