About this Event

Day 1 of the Girls' Invite starts the weekend-long event with enriching workshops, panel discussions, guest speakers, and partner activations highlighting athletic training tailored for girls. Workshops and panel discussions include topics on professional life after sports, mental health and wellness, and much more.

It's an opportunity to meet guest speakers and former female athletes as they lead some of these sessions. Other girl-focused community organizations will be on hand to share their programming and engage with attendees during this event.
