Hosted inside the private Bovine Wine Club at Union Station, this ultra-exclusive dining experience pairs Blue Bovine’s prime steak and sushi with fine French cognac.
The evening begins in the club’s private room with live acoustic jazz, passed amuse-bouches, and a welcome cocktail. Guests will then take their seats for a seasonal four-course dinner from Blue Bovine’s culinary team, featuring prime cuts and seafood designed to complement each spirit pairing.
Throughout the meal, Rémy Cointreau Brand Ambassador Lory Skara and Blue Bovine's beverage team will walk you through a tasting flight poured alongside each course—from a Rémy Martin VSOP highball serve to a neat pour of Rémy Martin XO paired with your main course. The night finishes with a pour of Rémy Martin Louis XIII served in custom crystal glassware with dessert.
