Join us for an unforgettable seaside running experience at the Bournemouth Coastal TEN, taking place on Saturday, 22nd November 2025. Choose from either a 10 Mile or 10k route along the stunning Dorset coast – ideal for runners of all levels.
Start Location: Hengistbury Head
Your coastal adventure begins at Hengistbury Head, a beautiful nature reserve with excellent facilities and ample hard-standing parking, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your race day.
A Truly Scenic Route
Both courses follow Bournemouth's spectacular seafront paths and include a run along the iconic Boscombe Pier, where you'll enjoy uninterrupted sea views. On a clear day, take in the dramatic sight of the Isle of Wight and The Needles to the east, and the breathtaking Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast to the west.
Fast, Flat, and Coastal
The route is largely flat and traffic-free – perfect for chasing personal bests or simply soaking in the fresh sea air and coastal atmosphere.
