After the success of previous years, the BH Activity Junkies Christmas Fancy Dress SUP is back for 2024!!!
🎅🏽🏄🏽🎄🏄🏽‍♀️🤶🏄🏼‍♂️
This year we will meet at Mayors Mead carpark at 9:30 to be on the water for 10:00.
Location and Access -via the slipway at Mayors mead carpark - Christchurch BH23 1NY. This is a pay and display carpark.
Decorate your board and yourself for the CHRISTMAS PADDLE PARADE… We'll have prizes for the BEST decorated boards/people… so get your thinking caps on!!!
We will be raising money for the RNLI, who have had their work cut out this summer keeping us safe in the water. Please see the link below to donate…

The paddle will be approx. 5K starting from Mayors Mead, paddling up stream past Tuckton Tea Gardens towards Iford bridge and back.
We will stop for a coffee/mulled wine/ mince pie at The Boathouse, then head back to the carpark. This event will be approx 2 hours in total.
As with all BH Activity Junkie paddles there will be plenty of BC qualified leaders and Instructors on the water.
A risk assessment will be carried out on the day and a safety briefing before we hit the water. Safety on the water is our number one priority!!!!
If you are new to paddleboarding or you would like a lesson on safety on the water or even a seasoned paddle boarder looking to improve your technique then drop us a DM about booking a lesson. With us its not about getting you to stand on your board after half hour its about educating you on how to SUP safely!!!
DISCLAIMER: This is a FREE group social paddle. We strongly recommend you wear a PFD (Personal Flotation Device) and a waist belt QRB (Quick Release Belt). LEASHES are MANDATORY.
There is no one leading this paddle, if you join the paddle you are responsible for yourself.
