Bourbon Tasting and Pork BBQ Sliders Pairing with Whiskey Education

The evening will kick-off with a welcome Old Fashoined Cocktail featuring our own barrel pick Sagamore Spirit Barrel Select Rye Whiskey. The spiciness in the bourbon will mirror the heat in the BBQ sauce and influence cuts through the richness of the pork for a perfect pairing.

Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Proof- Honey butter, butterscotch with a taste of tea, sweet/spicy herbal notes and candycorn finish

Each tasting flight will be paired with tasty Mr. Brisket mini melt in your mouth pork sliders.

• History of Bourbon: Learn about the Cleveland Bourbon Co-Op Group & Quintana's Speakeasy Private Barrel Picks and fun facts about bourbon, including how it’s made, the role of the barrel in aging, and what makes bourbon different from other whiskies.
• Tasting Techniques: A guided tasting, where our ambassadors teach you how to nose, taste, and analyze the whiskey, enhancing the experience. Learn how to identify the subtle notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, coffee and spice in each bourbon.
• Food Pairing Insight: Learn why certain types of whiskey pair better with different foods, highlighting the flavor profiles that match BBQ.

Prepaid experiences are non-refundable, we do not offer refunds, and cannot be modified or exchanged after 14 days prior to day of any event. We generally sell out our classes or events and can not fill them without 14 days advance notice as each experience is exclusive to cocktail making, specifics to American or Japanese whiskeys for example, they're intimate, we prepare for the class- curate bottles, batch out cocktails days ahead, we staff our events accordingly. Ex.) Your in-laws surprised you with a visit, your Boss is making you work late, baby's got the flu, and Cousin Vinny past away... We do appreciate your patronage.
