Join us for an evening of seasonal flavors and curated bourbon pairings! Indulge in a four-course menu designed to celebrate the flavors of autumn:
First Course:
Roasted Root Salad – Baby greens, cabbage, roasted red & golden beets, pickled carrot, finished with apple–honey mustard dressing
Second Course:
Lamb Lollipop – Seared lamb lollipop with roasted leek risotto, purple cauliflower purée, fig demi-glace, and a parmesan crisp
Third Course:
Autumn Salmon – Broiled salmon over harvest couscous with butternut squash, corn, and tomato, topped with orange beurre Blanc and coconut cream
Dessert:
Cheesecake & Pumpkin – Classic cheesecake with house-made pumpkin ice cream, finished with caramel drizzle
$50 per person. Ticket includes a four course meal with four bourbon pairings. Doors open at 6, first course served at 6:30.
