He is the owner and director of Professional Development and Consulting in Joplin, Missouri, a contracted trainer for the Missouri Credentialing Board, and a published author. His more than 37 years of experience include counseling, program development, supervision and administration, recovery housing and support services, work with Indigenous tribes, collaborative initiatives, and treatment courts.
