The facilitator, Mark McDonald, MS, CRADC, CRPR, FSP, YPS, HRS, PPF, CGDC, has worked in the substance use disorder and mental health fields since 1988. He is the owner and director of Professional Development and Consulting in Joplin, Missouri, a contracted trainer for the Missouri Credentialing Board, and a published author. His more than 37 years of experience include counseling, program development, supervision and administration, recovery housing and support services, work with Indigenous tribes, collaborative initiatives, and treatment courts.
