Join us for an engaging, in-person ethics training on the important distinction between boundary crossings and boundary violations. Designed for professionals seeking to strengthen their ethical awareness and navigate workplace relationships with confidence, the session will offer candid discussion, practical guidance, and a welcoming atmosphere. The facilitator, Mark McDonald, MS, CRADC, CRPR, FSP, YPS, HRS, PPF, CGDC, has worked in the substance use disorder and mental health fields since 1988. He is the owner and director of Professional Development and Consulting in Joplin, Missouri, a contracted trainer for the Missouri Credentialing Board, and a published author. His more than 37 years of experience include counseling, program development, supervision and administration, recovery housing and support services, work with Indigenous tribes, collaborative initiatives, and treatment courts.
