🟡Solar-plexus Workshop🟡Many of us grew up without a healthy relationship to boundaries.
Some learned to say yes when they meant no — to stay agreeable, accommodating, or small in order to feel safe or loved.
Others learned to build walls — becoming rigid, guarded, or disconnected from their own needs.
Both patterns live in the solar plexus chakra — the center of selfhood, choice, personal power, boundaries, and inner authority.
This workshop isn’t about forcing stronger boundaries.
It’s about exploring what happens inside when you begin to sense your edge.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
✨ What arises in your body when you consider saying yes or no
✨ The childhood messages that shaped how you learned to protect yourself
✨ The parts of you that overgive, withdraw, or people-please
✨ Where your sense of self became blurred in relationships
✨ How your solar plexus holds personal and ancestral patterns around power, boundaries, and self-worth
You’ll be guided through a blend of parts work, somatic movement, authentic relating, and guided visualization with energy weaving — all designed to help you reconnect with your center and feel your boundaries from the inside out.
This is not about confrontation or pushing limits.
It’s about feeling your inner authority — and letting boundaries arise naturally from self-connection.
This workshop is for you if:
