Bounce Back Club

I’m so excited to launch + host my first ever event, created specifically for women + moms who have experienced fertility/pregnancy struggles, miscarriage, and loss.

Introducing… Bounce Back Club 🤎

Ever since I had the opportunity to share my story of loss last year, by co-authoring my memoir alongside 8 other women, I had this idea of how I could continue connecting + supporting other women who are navigating their own journeys...

My dream was to host events, where women could connect with other women who have shared similar experiences/struggles, share their stories, support each other, and find healing together.

Each event will focus on creating an uplifting vibe for club members, through self-care, fitness, community, and providing a safe + supportive space to talk openly.

ATTIRE: workout fits, casual, comfortable

PLEASE BRING: a yoga/exercise mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️

Small bites + drinks provided.

Note: Pelvic floor exercise is safe to do during pregnancy, but you’re welcome to come and not participate in that portion, at your discretion.
