Bounce & Bloom: Afro Dance Fitness & Wellbeing Class

Bounce & Bloom Movement is a wellbeing initiative that combines Afro-inspired dance, rhythmic movement, and community connection to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
The idea behind Bounce & Bloom is simple:

"Movement has the power to heal, energise, and transform how we feel. Through joyful dance and uplifting music, participants are encouraged to release stress, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover confidence".

Bounce & Bloom creates a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds and fitness levels can move freely, have fun, and experience the positive effects of rhythm and movement.
