Get ready to take fitness to new heights—literally! The Bounce Instructor Training is a high-energy, low-impact course designed to equip you with the skills, science, and structure needed to lead dynamic workouts on a rebounder (mini trampoline). This training blends functional movement, cardio conditioning, and stability work to maximize results while minimizing joint impact. You’ll learn how to create fun, safe, and effective classes that build strength, improve balance, and ignite cardiovascular endurance—all while bouncing to the beat.
