We’ve all been to those networking events where you walk in, get asked “So, what do you do?” before you’ve even taken a breath… and walk out feeling more drained than inspired.

This isn’t that.

This is a space for real connection—where ambitious, soul-led women gather to talk about things that actually matter, where you can show up as your whole self, no small talk required.

This month, we’re diving into January's theme at The Nova: Bold Authenticity ~ Visioning with Intention.

A new year brings new possibilities, but instead of chasing resolutions, this month is about anchoring into intention. We’ll reflect on what truly matters, what’s ready to grow, and what no longer serves you. By aligning your goals with your values, you’ll set a foundation for a year that feels purposeful and pleasurable.

We’ll begin with 20 minutes of minging and connection – women showing up as they are.

Then we’ll move into a guided conversation and vision boarding.

We’ll close in a circle, integrating what came through and leaving with aligned next steps, deeper clarity, and new soul-aligned connections.

Q1: Bold Authenticity This season is about truth — the kind that starts quietly within and shapes how you move through the world. Bold authenticity isn’t about being louder; it’s about being honest. It’s the courage to stand in your values, to speak with clarity, and to make choices that reflect who you really are. This is where we start the year — by coming home to ourselves and showing up from that place of integrity and alignment.

Meet Sue Van Raes, the luminary leading the Nova Boulder community. Sue is a functional nutritionist, food psychology specialist, and Rapid Resolution Therapy practitioner, as well as the author of Food and Freedom and the founder of Boulder Nutrition. She also leads women’s wellness and yoga retreats locally and internationally.

Sue’s deepest passion is supporting women in shedding what constrains them, so their natural freedom, vitality, and wisdom can lead the way they eat, think, and live.
