🔹 7-8pm - Yoga Class with Jessie Greenberg
Jessie Greenberg is an embodiment-based yoga teacher devoted to supporting healing, emotional integration, and embodied self-awareness. These classes are especially beneficial for those navigating heartbreak, relationship transitions, or a longing for a deeper connection with themselves. With years of teaching experience, she creates a slow, grounded, and nurturing space where students can soften, feel, and rebuild trust from the inside out.
Jessie completed an intensive month-long Tantra Yoga training in Portugal and deepened her studies at Yogaville, where she explored Integrative Yoga while completing the LYT program. Her teaching is rooted in a chakra-based approach, guiding students progressively through the body—from grounding and safety to heart-centered awareness and intuitive expression. Poses are held with intention, allowing time to notice sensation, emotion, and breath, inviting the nervous system to settle and reorganize.
Her classes emphasize mindful awareness, conscious breathing, and gentle, sustained movement to support emotional healing and attachment repair. Rather than pushing or forcing openness, Jessie focuses on creating safety in the body so the heart can open naturally. Known for her warm, compassionate presence, she offers a welcoming container for students of all levels to explore healing, presence, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Cocophony strives to bring unique, immersive experiences with his creations, whether they are based in audio or visual or a combination of the two. Particularly keen to media that acknowledges the duality of our human experience and the grey area that lies upon the thin line between the two sides of the coin (the edge of the coin, if you will), you may hear everything from lofi-horrorcore to ancient future to hip-hop house to drum and bass in any of his mixes. Cacophony means "a harsh discordant mixture of sounds." Cocophony strives to find the beauty within the chaos.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, our inclusive space encourages learning, collaboration, and the exploration of your inner fire. Join us for an exhilarating experience where flames intertwine with discipline, creating a harmonious blend of creativity and skill. Ecstatic dance can be very diverse. It requires that the DJ be able to weave together a wide range of styles and tempos. Generally you can expect music in the electronic genres, especially Bass, House, Tribal, EDM, and Trap.
