Bothell's Fourth of July Parade brings together thousands of people of all ages to celebrate and gather in the heart of our community, downtown Bothell. Bothell's Hometown Celebration will kick off with a Pancake Breakfast hosted by your Bothell Fire Department, followed by the Children's Parade, Grand Parade, and surrounding community activities.
Children’s Parade
After grabbing a bite to eat at the Pancake Breakfast, event goers can head to the corner of 104th Ave NE and Main Street for our wonderful Children’s Parade (free to participate, no registration required).
- Starting Point: 104th Ave NE & Main Street
- Ending Point: NE 188th St. (Pop Keeney Stadium)
- Check-in Ends: 11:00 a.m.
- Children's Parade Start Time: 11:15 a.m.
- General Rules & Overview: Please stay in the designated area until the parade begins; staff & volunteers will be on-site to assist with questions and staging. We ENCOURAGE decorated bicycles, strollers, wagons, etc. All children must be with an adult or guardian. NOT PERMITTED: Motorized/battery-operated vehicles, propaganda, groups representing businesses or organizations.
The Grand Parade
The Grand Parade is a spectacle of vibrant floats, marching bands, classic cars, dance and cheer, and so much more! With over 10,000 spectators and 1,000 parade participants, this is a great opportunity for organizations, businesses, and individuals to participate in.

- Ending Point: NE 188th St. (Near Pop Keeney Stadium)
- Parade Route: Main Street through Bothell Way NE
- Parade Start Time: 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
Grand Marshal
Each year, the City of Bothell honors a community member during the parade whose accomplishments, contributions, or dedication have benefited the Bothell community. We encourage community members, organizations, and businesses to submit nominations for the Grand Marshal. This honor recognizes a person or organization in the Bothell Community that contributes to the quality of life in Bothell through civic and/or social services, humanitarianism, volunteering, or other distinguished achievements.
