Over seven lively, richly layered weeks, we’ll revisit different seasons of our lives through guided memory meditations, creative reflection, irresistible questions, meaningful conversation, unexpected revelations—and plenty of laughter.
This is not a memoir-writing class.
It’s not therapy, genealogy, or a traditional “life review.”
It’s a warm, playful, openhearted invitation to look at the life you’ve lived with fresh eyes—and recognize more clearly the remarkable person you’ve become.
Together, we’ll explore questions and creative practices from Lani Voivod’s "Live in Love Growbook"—an unconventional, colorful guide to dreaming big, being human, and discovering more of who we really are.
During our seven weeks together, you just might:

• Reconnect with playful, brave, creative, and resilient parts of yourself

Each gathering will include:
• A guided meditation designed to awaken people, places, sensations, and feelings
• Creative journaling and playful reflection—no writing experience required
• Thoughtfully facilitated conversation and story sharing

• A small “field mission” to continue the exploration between gatherings
You won’t leave with a perfectly organized autobiography.
