Our Festa Fair location features a large hall to host over 25 vendors selling BTS/Kpop/Asian-related merch all in one space! PLUS this year we also have MORE vendors outside at the large shaded grove next to the hall, with 30 picnic tables and a covered pavilion for ARMY to hang out, eat and explore!

There's plenty of parking as well - enough to fit 300+ cars!

🎁 We'll give out 250 FREE Goody Bags to remember this special celebration of BTS' 11th anniversary. Thanks to our sponsors this year, we'll also have FREE photo cards and postcards for up to 1000 guests!

You can RESERVE Goody Bags if you preorder our Festa-themed merch for pickup at the fair. The preorder form will be available soon at linktr.ee/festafair. Preordering means you won't need to line up early to get your merch and freebies!

• You DO NOT need to show the tickets/email when you arrive, but please register to help us estimate the number of attendees
• For PAYMENT METHODS at the Fair, we recommend bringing Cash (small bills please) as not all vendors can accept Cards. The BostonARMY booth can only accept Cash, Venmo, or PayPal
• ATM available in the hall lobby
• Water and soda are available for $1.50 each at the bar counter inside the hall and the bar outside in the grove. CASH ONLY
• Bring a reusable shopping bag to carry all your purchases (or buy our Festa Fair 2024 tote!)
• There is enough parking for 300+ cars in the Main lot across from the main hall entrance. Please DO NOT park in the "Member's Only" parking behind the hall
• There is a smaller overflow parking lot located near the baseball field. We still recommend people carpool if possible
• Please do not arrive before 10:30 am. Vendors need time to set up to welcome everyone!
• Please throw away all trash when you leave
• Bathrooms are located inside to the right of the main entrance and also off of the main hall. There are bathrooms located outside near the pavilions as well
• Please stay home and rest if you feel sick

The BostonARMY fanbase is run by a small team of unpaid volunteers. We want to continue offering free events and gifts for ARMY, but costs can add up quickly. Any donation would help us greatly. Please send donations through Friends & Family (not Goods & Services) so we can receive the full amount of your gifts.
