Hello Everyone!
Boston Zouk Praticas are designed to be an inclusive space for anyone looking to practice and deepen their understanding of Brazilian Zouk. I will lead a warm up followed by a guided exploration to share some of the exercises and drills I have learned during my dance journey.
🔍Pratica Details:
The first 30 minutes will be a warm up followed by drills/guided exploration
The remaining time will have a slow music playlist/set for individuals to practice and dance
📍Pratica Location:
SomArt at the Armory, 3rd Floor
191 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA
(please bring clean shoes or socks for dancing)
