Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series Strength Training
About this Event
Expect a fun, motivating atmosphere that pushes you to move better, feel stronger in your body. This full body strength class offers modifications and progressions to suit every ability, ensuring a safe yet challenging experience. Using a combination of dumbbells and /or resistance bands, participants will build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall mobility.
