THE EXPERIENCE FLOW
12:00 PM — Doors open. Arrive, get settled, and meet the room.
12:15 PM — Intention setting and guided journaling to open the space and set the tone for the afternoon.
12:30 PM — Scent and Intention experience. Make your own flameless candle (reed diffuser) to take home as a reminder of what you poured into yourself today.
1:00 PM — All-levels mat Pilates class led by Kiersten, founder of KGC Pilates. No prior experience needed. Mats and all props provided. Just show up ready to move.
1:45 PM — Wealth building session led by Kierra Bussey, licensed real estate agent and wealth advisor. We are talking investing, homeownership, and the real numbers behind building financial freedom.
2:15 PM — Open networking and light refreshments.

Kiersten Gibson-Cooper — Founder, KGC Pilates Kiersten Gibson-Cooper is the founder of KGC Pilates, Keep Getting Confident Through Movement, a classical mat Pilates brand rooted in Brooklyn, New York. Kiersten is a classically trained and certified Pilates instructor who has taught in New York City, Boston, and internationally in Brazil and Cartagena, Colombia. She holds a residency at Soho House in Brooklyn and has delivered wellness programming to thousands of participants across the country.
