8:30 AM – Arrival & Refreshments
Delegates arrive at The Cellarz. Refreshments will be available on arrival and served until 10:00 AM.

10:00 AM – Sea Lions Experience (Optional)
Delegates who wish to attend will be escorted by a West Midlands Safari Park representative to watch the Sea Lions performance.

10:45 AM – Informal Networking
Delegates return to The Cellarz for relaxed, informal networking.

11:00 AM – Mid-Morning Refreshments - Opportunity for Sponsors to engage and present.

12:30 PM – Lunch Buffet

Afternoon
A bar will remain open in The Cellarz. Delegates are free to depart at their leisure, with most expected to head off by mid-afternoon. Afternoon refreshments are not included.

• Delegates may explore the funfair and entertainment area at any time during the day
  (ride tickets can be purchased individually if desired)
• Complimentary access to the walking trail around the perimeter of the animal park
  This route passes many animals including Lions, Tigers, Giraffes, Rhinos, and more
