Join us for our second Boss Ladies Wellness Workshop - Where wellbeing meets desire, because the way you feel shapes the way you move.

From the rituals that support our everyday health to the energy that makes us feel magnetic, this is a conversation about what it means to feel aligned with our bodies, connected to our desires and intentional about the space we hold for ourselves.

Because feeling desirable is about more than lingerie and lippy - it's how we care for our bodies, regulate our energy, recognise what lights us up and create space to feel vibrant, connected and fully present.

Women’s Wellness Naturopath Claudia Milbourne will explore the pillars of health and wellbeing and simple daily rituals to help you feel balanced, energised and at your best.

And Couples Therapist and Sexologist Isiah McKimmie will open the conversation around connection, desire, intimacy and confidence, exploring how prioritising our relationship with ourselves and others can create greater fulfilment and fuel success in every area of life.

Together, we’ll explore how wellbeing, desire and connection can shape the way we love, lead, communicate, create and do business.

An intimate afternoon of honest conversation, thoughtful insight and practical ways to lean into wellbeing, reconnect with desire and find your fabulous.
