HTI is hosting a hiring event seeking Packing Operators & Machine Operators at Bosch Tool in Lincolnton, NC. Candidates will have to pass a background check and drug screening to be considered.When: Tuesday, April 15th, 2024 (10:00 a.m. - 2 p.m.)

JOB OPENINGS & PAY RATES
– Packing Operator: $16.50 - $18.00
– Machine Operator: $17.50 - $19.00
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Packing Operators & Machine Operators:
– 1st (6:30am - 2:30pm)
– 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm)
– 3rd Shift (10:30pm - 6:30am)

PACKING OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS
– High school diploma or GED
– Preferably 1 year of manufacturing experience
– Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
– Capacity to stand for extended periods
– Demonstrated stability in past employment
– Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Adhere to work instructions to manufacture products according to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
– Meet production quotas as set by our clients
– Follow safety protocols and procedures
– Demonstrate multitasking abilities
– Perform other assigned duties
MACHINE OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS
– High school diploma or GED
