Event Description:

Help Sonya get her “Boots on the Ground in Ghana”!

You’re invited to a fun, high-energy afternoon of line dancing, soul food, and community love—all for an impactful cause!

This uplifting fundraiser supports Sonya’s upcoming fashion showcase in Volo, Ghana, where she’ll empower local designers through sustainable fashion and help provide critical resources to the community clinic. The event also supports Zonta Says NOW, which advocates for ending violence against women and girls worldwide—especially gender-based violence intensified by climate change.

What to Expect:

• FREE Line Dance Lesson led by the amazing LaShawna Epps of A BeYOUtiful Life LLC (3:30 PM – 4:30 PM)

• Shop Sonya’s Vendor Table for sustainable fashion, handcrafted items, and more

• Delicious Soul Food & Drinks available for purchase from Black Eyed Peas Restaurant—a local Black-owned gem (come hungry!)
