Tidewater Pipes & Drums is hosting a “Tartan Day Takeover” Party on Sunday, April 6 at Murphy’s Irish Pub in Virginia Beach.Scotch n Rye will perform. We’re also inviting all pipers and drummers from near and far to take part in a short massed band performance, followed by an open mic. All instruments and talents are welcome.
