This Mental Health Awareness Month, I created something deeply personal—an experience inspired by the things I truly love to do for my own mental health: being outdoors, moving my body, laughing, learning, singing, connecting, eating good food, and spending meaningful time with women in a safe and supportive space.

Boots, Blazers & Bling brings together signature moments from some of my favorite events over the years into one unforgettable Outdoor Sisterhood Experience designed to pour back into your mind, body, and soul.

Here’s what to expect:

• Mind: spotlight moments from Mental Health Specialist speakers, with opportunities to ask questions and connect throughout the experience
• Body: line dancing, giant outdoor games, karaoke, music, laughter, and feel-good movement
• Soul: Tea & Testimony, fireside-style connection spaces, networking, and meaningful conversations
• Nourish: picnic-style eats and drinks
• Capture the Moment: themed outdoor photo opportunities

Come dressed in your favorite shades of green with your boots, blazer, bling, or all three as we celebrate healing, joy, movement, and sisterhood.

A percentage of proceeds will be donated to the 988 Lifeline (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
