Kurth Animal Shelter Advocates are hosting their annual gala/fundraiser event to support the vetting fund for the sick or injured animals at Kurth Animal Services. Dance is from 6:30 -10:00 with doors opening at 6:00. We are excited our guests will once again dance to the live music of the phenomenal Glenn Lenderman Band, plus enjoy raffles, a silent auction, a dessert auction, fun games, and the scrumptious BBQ chipped beef sandwiches straight from the pit of Briggs’ Best BBQ! Tickets are $25.00 and may be purchased in advance at Kurth Animal Shelter, 1901 Hill St. beginning February 3rd. Kurth is open from 12-5 Tuesday-Saturday . They will also be available at the door. Reservations go fast and you may reserve your spot now by calling 936-676-8500..A cash bar will be available for those interested in an adult beverage..We hope you are able to come and play with us! The community is in a partnership with KASA to raise positive awareness for these homeless animals, as well as helping to provide the monetary means for many of them to receive the medical care needed to become adoptable.
