About David “T-Bone” Trombly:
A Marine with a rising career as an F/A-18 fighter pilot, David Trombly received devastating news: a rare terminal cancer with no known military survivors. What followed was a battle not just for his life, but for his right to pursue alternative treatments and make his own medical decisions.
That fight became bigger than one man. It became a stand for health freedom, medical choice, and the God-given right of individuals to take control of their own care without interference.
Throughout that journey, David’s unwavering faith carried him and his family, grounding them in truth, courage, and purpose even in the face of the impossible.
LtCol David “T-Bone” Trombly, USMC (Ret), served our nation for 25 years. His career culminated in training the next generation of Naval Aviators at NAS Whiting Field. Today, he is a published author, motivational speaker, and serves as Chaplain for the Pensacola Ice Flyers.
His story is one of courage, conviction, faith, and the fight for freedom at every level, and it is one you do not want to miss.
