Holy Family Catholic School proudly invites you to our 39th Annual Pot O’ Gold Dinner & Auction: Boots & Bowties!
Join us for an unforgettable evening of Texas charm, delicious food, and joyful fellowship with parishioners, families, and friends of Holy Family Catholic School. Guests will enjoy the chance to bid on an exciting array of live and silent auction items, all in support of our mission to provide an outstanding and authentic Catholic education.
Our goal this year is to raise $180,000 — and with your generosity, we know we can lasso it!
All proceeds go directly toward the operational budget of Holy Family Catholic School. This budget is the foundation that supports our mission each day, helping us provide an excellent and faith-filled education for every student. Your support helps cover essential needs such as teacher salaries, classroom resources, academic programs, utilities, campus maintenance, enhanced security, technology upgrades, and tuition assistance.
This year’s Fund-A-Need project — our special moment at the end of the event when we raise our paddles one last time to support a specific improvement for our school — will focus on much-needed classroom furniture including student desks, teacher desks, and if we reach enough funds, cafeteria tables, serving station, and painted murals to help modernize the space. This Fund-A-Need could potentially take two years to reach, but we will replace the furniture per class as the donations come in.

This year’s theme blends Texas flair with formal fun, so whether you arrive in your finest ranch-ready boots, your sharpest bowtie, or both, you’ll fit right in.
We are currently seeking event sponsors, and we invite you to prayerfully consider one of our exciting sponsorship or advertising opportunities. We also offer a simple donation option on the event page for those who wish to give directly.
Our silent auction will be online, allowing folks near and far to join in the bidding. But if you’re joining us under the event lights, you’ll have first shot at in-person-only live auction items and exclusive night-of raffle prizes you won’t want to miss!
Sponsorships are welcome at any time, but to receive the full benefits of your sponsorship and advertising package, please submit by January 9th.
